National Cathedral

The sixth largest cathedral in the world and second biggest in the United States. Construction began in 1907 and ended in 1990. Woodrow Wilson and Helen Keller are buried in the masoleum. The top of the cathedral is 676 feet above sea level, making it the highest point in Washington, DC. One of the many stained glass windows, the Space Window, commemorates man’s landing on the moon. There is an actual moon rock in its center. There is a gargoyle of Darth Vader on the North Tower. The video is the conclusion of a Sunday service at the cathedral.
