There are many hotels in DC, but the Saint Gregory Luxury Hotel and Suites is an easy winner for me. Just a few blocks from Dupont Circle and walking distance from Georgetown, the Saint Gregory is in a tourist-friendly area of town, with three subway stops nearby and several options for great eats. I also really like their room service, especially the hummus plate and their SWEET POTATO FRIES! Unlike many hotels in DC, the Saint Gregory is very spacious – no claustrophobic closet-sized rooms here. Get a suite, which includes a full kitchen and sitting area with sofabed; it’s worth it for the convenience especially if you’re with a group or have family.
